Are you ready for an exciting journey to get closer to God while shedding extra pounds? This is a great opportunity for us to unite and support one another! I've decided to take on this challenge because my daughter jokingly told me I have a "Winnie the Pooh belly." LOL! Additionally, I'm committing to a no-sugar diet for the next 40 days. Just a quick reminder: please consult with your doctor first to ensure you're healthy enough to participate in this no-sugar challenge and to walk or run. We're excited to have over 20 inmates from the jail system joining us on this journey! If you know anyone in the jail system, let us know. We can reach out to them and encourage them to take this challenge so they can get closer to God.
